'Rasputin' History:
InfoRasputin stands for madness, weirdness and energy direct from the belly without intellectual ballast. Especially in difficult times like the recent one where all oppinions are yelled out this is a message below all of them. We are human beings and beside all destructive behaviour we also have the power to create positive energy by refusing rational ways of thinking. Just love yourself and then you are able to love everything else and you discover that truth is nothing more than a thought, manipulated by certain dogmas and ideals. Find out your own truth which is unique. DADA is your peaceful weapon which can be understood by everyone. Rasputin is a musical project because music is a very effective way to be understood by people from all cultures. Even the lyrics are german it's not difficult to understand it's sublime codes. The music is made with electronic instruments and varies from distorted rhythm tracks to oldskool minimal electro. The aim behind this choice of style is a combination between industrial, minimal and chanson which is not serious but offers a lot of fun and energy. RASPUTIN never played live before but stage performances will be planned and processed by time. Even this project is very young the brain behind is involved into industrial and electronics for years. But it's just the brain which is only a part of RASPUTIN - half human - half machine with his own individuality. Maybe some will guess from where the brain comes from... Inspirations include our weird society, food, drugs, nature, occasional tv, routine, the unexpected, surprises and whatelse... Full-length RASPUTIN album entitled "Das Leberwurstbrot" has been released by Invasion Wreck Chords at December 5, 2004. It includes remixes by Asche, Iszoloscope, CTRLer, Ambassador 21, Hell-G and Punch, Inc.!! |
